For all orders received prior to 11:00 A.M. (EST) Monday - Friday, every effort will be made to ship them out the same day. All others will be shipped out the next business day. Although we make every effort to ship out the next day, during the busy Holiday season this may not be possible. Please order early to insure your Holiday gift arrives on time. Standard Ground Delivery times are as follows:
East Coast - Ground deliveries take 2-3 business days to arrive.
Mid-West - Ground deliveries take 1-2 business days to arrive.
West Coast - Ground deliveries take 4-5 business days to arrive.
Shipping Address: If there is a mistake or omission in shipping information provided by the customer, there will be an additional fee from UPS/FedEx that will be charged to the customer.
Express Shipping: Most selections are also available for expedited delivery. Next Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day Shipping can be selected during checkout.
Once your order ships you will receive an email with your UPS Tracking Number. Orders ship out everyday M-F. The subject of the email will be UPS Ship Notification. Please check the email address provided on the order, including any spam folders. Click on the Tracking Number to track your order. You will receive 1 email when it has shipped and 1 email when it has been delivered. The delivery date is also listed on your receipt.

All Chocolate gift baskets may not be available for shipping in hot months (approx. May - September). Chocolate products that are included in other gift baskets (not all chocolate baskets) may be substituted for cookies or other heat resistant sweets, such as hard candy.
All baskets will be shipped in separate boxes for safety.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return them within 14 days of delivery (basket should be packed in its original pack as delivered). You will receive the refund within 3-4 business days after the return of the item.
To proceed with the return correctly, please, contact us via our contact information and explain the matters of your situation as well as to give us the tracking information on a returned package.
If you have received a damaged item, we will gladly send you a replacement of the same item. In the event that it is out of stock, you can pick out any other item of the same value.
